The ideal training for those who prefer to achieve fitness instead of eating! By the rhythm of music we strengthen the whole body specially the back also with the help of elastic bands and weights. Once per month we offer a special training consisting of Power Yoga and Pilates.
Program:
- Warm-up with light choreography
- Body toning with main focus on the back
- Stretching
- last Monday of every month Power Yoga / Pilates Training
